Historic Advisory Committee Information

The Historical Advisory Committee is a group of volunteers appointed by the Mayor and Council. Its primary goal is to raise awareness and generate interest in Park Ridge history, which extends back over 300 years.  Through its projects and collaboration with other Park Ridge committees, the Park Ridge History Advisory Committee has worked on a variety of projects, including assistance with the adoption of the Historic Preservation Element to the Master Plan, history of the Golden Age Club, a walking tour of historic Park Ridge sites, and more. Recently, we received a Bergen County Historical Preservation grant to create a Park Ridge History exhibit in Borough Hall. The Committee welcomes new members. Contact June Bertini, Council Liaison for more information.
