Planning Board Information
The Planning Board, made up of nine members and two alternates, appointed by the mayor, is guided by the powers and duties assigned to it by the Municipal Land Use Law. This includes the preparation and periodic reexamination of the Master Plan, subdivision/site plan review and recommendations to the governing body regarding changes to the zoning ordinances.
The Board meets the second Wednesday of every month at 8:00 pm (except where noted).
