Homeowners: Does Your Home Need Repairs?

The Borough of Park Ridge invites residents to apply to the Home Improvement Program. If you live in Park Ridge, own your home, and your total gross annual household income falls below the limit for your household size, you may qualify to receive up to $22,000 in repairs.

• There is no cost to apply and it does not affect your credit score.
• Funds are provided as a no interest (0%) ten-year forgivable loan.
• A professional inspector oversees the process.
• There is no monthly payment.

CGP&H, LLC is seeking general contractors to bid on fully funded home improvement projects in Park Ridge and throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. The company awards over two million dollars in home improvement projects each year, with individual projects generally ranging in value from $10,000 to $50,000+.
