Certified Tax Assessor Job Posting

The Borough of Park Ridge is seeking a Certified Tax Assessor to perform all statutory duties, including but not limited to maintaining tax records, inspections, tax appeals, and valuations. The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience in all aspects of assessing practices for all property classifications, experience implementing and managing revaluation and reassessment programs, knowledge, and experience in utilizing MicroSystems, be well versed in all property tax deduction and tax exemption statutes, possess strong communication skills, be customer service oriented and have strong managerial and administrative skills and have a valid driver’s license.
