July 7th Primary Election

Reminder: The July 7th primary election will be conducted only by vote by mail ballots. Active Registered R’s and D’s will automatically be sent a Primary Ballot, by now you should have received them.  If you are registered with either political party affiliation and did not receive your ballot, please call 201-336-7020 to have a duplicate one mailed to you. All Active Undeclared/Unaffiliated and all Inactive R, D and U voters will be sent an application to apply for a Primary Ballot. These ballots and applications already have prepaid postage on them.



PARK RIDGE ONLY VOTING LOCATION FOR THE DISABLED: 

PARK RIDGE BOROUGH HALL 55 PARK AVE MANCINELLI COMMUNITY CENTER 

    Voting machines are strictly for voters who are blind, physically disabled, or illiterate; all other voters will be given a provisional ballot. Any voter wanting to use the voting machine must fill out a Disability Certificate for Assistance. The poll worker then calls the Board of Elections to verify the voter HAS NOT sent in their VBM Ballot.  Only then can a voter enter the booth to cast a vote. 

    Your town Clerk and the polling locations CAN NOT accept your vote by mail ballot. You can mail it in and it has to be postmarked by July 7th . As long as it is received by July 14th it will be counted. You can also drop the ballot at one of the boxes enumerated below: 

Demarest - 118 Serpentine Road, Demarest, NJ (Borough Hall)>br> Fort Lee - 1355 Inwood Terrace/Anderson Avenue Circular Driveway (Fort Lee Community Center)
Hackensack - One Bergen County Plaza, Hackensack, NJ (County Administration Building)
Ramsey - 30 Wyckoff Avenue (Library - in rear of building)
Ridgewood - 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ (Village Hall)
Rutherford - 176 Park Avenue, Rutherford (Borough Hall)
Ballot Drop Boxes are available 24-hours.  Ballots must be in the Drop Box by 8PM on election night.  Ballots left after 8PM on election night will be considered late and not counted.
