The zoning office handles the following;

Regulations on yard requirements for construction
- such as - decks, additions, add-a-level, pools
Fence heights and installation
- How high a fence can be on your property
- Which side of the fences faces the adjoining property
Accessory structures (such as- sheds, decks, patios, pools, garages)
- Regulations on where they can be installed
All signage both commercial and residential

The Zoning Officer addresses all problems on residential properties by referral only – all names are kept confidential.
