OLD BUSINESS:
Goals & Objectives of Master Plan
Board authorized planner to begin work on Floor Area Ratio, driveways and
rear yard coverage - planner distributed memo regarding driveways, F.A.R. and
rear yard coverage ...discussion to be continued September 1st.
Affordable Housing Plan
Proposed Housing Plan for Third Round Submission submitted by planner for review -
on hold pending outcome of Mediation - awaiting determination.
COAH - COAH requested planning consultant prepare a summary of all documents
filed to-date in support of Third Round Certification & Objector's comments - planner prepared, board reviewed & submitted to COAH...board discussed alternative proposal in closed session.
NEW BUSINESS:
Steep Slope Ordinance - planner discussed possibility of considering a
steep slope ordinance - advised there were two model ordinances that could be
considered, DEP & ANJEC - engineer to review both and discuss with board at
June 9th meeting- engineer presented her comments - board interested in a more
simplified version - board to review both ordinances & give engineer comments for
July meeting - ran out of time...was not discussed...rescheduled to August 11th.
