ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE

A power adjustment (PA) shall be applied to each kilowatt-hour (KWH) supplied under all rate schedules. This PA shall be determined by the Borough of Park Ridge Board of Public Works to allow electric bills to reflect the changing wholesale cost of our bulk power supply. The PA shall be determined to the nearest $0.000001. It shall be determined on an annual basis, but may be revised periodically during the course of the year by the Board of Public Works upon showing of good cause.
