Andy & Lois Leeds - 1 Kevin Ct - variance for accessory structure in front

   half of side yard on a corner lot in an R-20 residential zone to construct
   outdoor oven, counter and stone patio. At  applicant's request, hearing
   has been postponed to August 19, 2008.

John & Mary Ann Woods - 10 South First Street - rear yard variance in

   an R-20 residential zone to construct an enclosed porch. Hearing held
  July 15, 2008.  Determination forthcoming August 19, 2008.

Lollipop Day Nursery School- 67 Spring Valley Road - revised
   configuration of parking lot, demolition of existing house, proposed

   garage and consolidation of lots necessitating as Use variance in
   an R-20 residential zone.  Application was denied February 2008,
   applicant appealed to Superior Court and case is being heard on a
   Consent Order of Remand.  Hearing held July 15, 2008.  Determination
   forthcoming August 19, 2008.
