AGENDA CHANGES:

    Mayor announced two additional resolutions # 8 and 9.

                           
PUBLIC PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR:

    George Heller, 80 Second Street asked for explanations
of resolutions #2, 3,7,8 and 9.

PUBLIC HEARING ON 2008 MUNICIPAL BUDGET

    Municipal Budget presented by Budget Committee

    Utility Budget presented by Utility Bd. President, Geo. Mehm

    Opened to questions from the audience...resident questioned
various items including the Mayor's message regarding the energy

crisis with some suggestions. Resident asked questions of various
line items and was answered.

RESOLUTIONS:

    Amendment to 2008 Municipal Budget
        Ann Kilmartin, CFO explained the changes in the
introduced Municipal Budget.

    Motion made to adopt the amendment to the budget with
Notice of Public Hearing on May 13, 2008.      
            Carried unanimously.
